What is our Shipping Policy?
Our goal at BuildAFlag.com is 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, all orders will receive FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. If the order is placed before noon eastern, most orders will be shipped the second business day (weekdays) after order placement. If an alternative method of shipment is chosen your order will arrive based on the chosen method of delivery. You will receive a shipping verification email giving an estimated time of delivery and a tracking number after your item has been shipped by our shipping department.

Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Our Free Shipping default is USPS Priority 3 Day. Upgraded options include UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2nd Day Air. Contact us for Next Day Air options. All orders need two Business Days for production. Expedited shipping will reduce shipping time, not production time. Our average orders going coast to coast have been arriving in six days from order placement. Average orders going to eastern and central time zones have been arriving in four to five days from order placement. Contact us for more accurate estimated arrival times.
What is your Return Policy?
Buying products online, especially custom “print on demand products”, requires a high level of trust from the customer as well as the supplier. We want to earn your trust as well as your business. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order just let us know within 48 hours of receipt at 1-844-659-2902. Upon receiving your returned product (you will be responsible for return freight) we will be glad to give you a refund or replacement. This offer only applies to orders of any single product design of 2 units or less. Any order in excess of 2 units of a single product design will only be replaced if BuildAFlag.com is at fault. This offer is subject to change without notice.
